Diamonds:
Diamonds are considered investments, and as such, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, we accept returns for a refund within 3 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

- The diamond must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and certificates.

- Items with broken seals, custom-made, or on sale are non-returnable.

- The buyer is responsible for any loss in value, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes or duties.

- The buyer must use a reliable express courier and insure the item for its full value.

- Refunds will be processed only after a thorough inspection.

 

Other Stones:
We accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

- The stone must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and certificates.

- Items with broken seals, custom-made, or on sale are non-returnable.

- The buyer is responsible for any loss in value, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes or duties.

- For items valued €350 or more, the buyer must use a reliable express courier and insure the item for its full value.

- Refunds will be processed only after the item has been received and inspected.
